About this chalet rental
Beautiful 65 square metre seasonal rental house, in the centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with capacity for two people, on the second floor and exterior. It has an independent bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, interior patio. In addition to a solarium, with comfortable relaxation areas.
The independent bedroom has a nice and practical design, with a 1.50 metre bed and a comfortable mattress, with a large wardrobe, reading lamps, bedside tables and a nice headboard to lean against so you can read whilst supported by it.
The dining room features a comfortable two-seater sofa, a floor lamp, very useful for reading and as extra lighting in case of working from home, a four-seater dining table with four comfortable chairs. A coffee table, a Smart TV (extra screen for working) and carefully chosen décor.
The kitchen is independent and open to the living room with a bar and two stools, it has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/cookware, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The marble bathroom is extremely complete, it has a bidet, toilet with dual flush cistern, separate shower and bathtub, both with screens, mirror with integrated lighting, hairdryer, 30-litre water heater and washing machine.
The interior courtyard of the dwelling offers another environment, more chilled out, ideal for working, eating, having coffee or reading, with an umbrella and outdoor furniture and plants, it also has a clothesline.
The modern building where the property is located features a large solarium with sun loungers and sea views on the top floor, as well as a gymnasium. In addition to green areas in the courtyards. It also has 24-hour security and cameras in the common areas.

En general todo bastante bien, incluso pudimos entrar al alojamiento antes de la hora. Esta muy bien situado y tener la opción de garaje está genial para poder moverte con el coche y no tener que estar buscando aparcamiento luego. Tienes un Supercor Justo en el edificio y otros supermercados muy cerca. La playa está a dos calles también.
La limpieza del horno, estaba muy sucio y lleno de grasa.

La decoración, la cocina estaba completa, y la ubicación céntrica. La cama y almohadas cómodas. La TV con Netflix. El personal atento.
El calor que hacía en la casa y que no hubiera aire acondicionado por lo que había que abrir las ventanas del salón pero el ruido de la calle era muy alto, bastantes coches. No tenía ni gel ni champú por lo que tienes que andar comprando todo extra. Pone que tienen gimnasio y solárium y al subir arriba nos encontramos con que llevan meses en obras según nos comenta un chico de mantenimiento que había por allí. Por lo que no cumple con la descripción del lugar.
