The Title Residencies Naiyang Beach

The apartment was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen and rain shower in the bathroom... the location was good - situated just outside the main tourist beach area in a quiet location, with a minimart, pharmacy, barber, atm etc. near the entrance... Our apartment overlooked the forest and river - we listened to the birds sing in the morning and watched the sunset in the evening... as well as a gym, sauna and steam room, there are at least 4 large swimming pools that meander throughout the resort - all are kept clean and surrounded by lovely gardens... there is 24 hour security at the gate and the housekeeping staff were excellent... Nate, the property agent for our apartment was wonderful - she was helpful when we had an issue on arrival; friendly and professional, she also helped us arrange to stay an additional week (that's how much we enjoyed our stay) and booked us a taxi when leaving... I would recommend this resort for those looking to stay near the national forest and Naiyang Beach...

Though it's not the fault of the resort or staff, there is a narrow pedestrian path to the beach and main restaurant area that unfortunately motorbikes also use, though it only takes 2 minutes to drive around - a couple of bollards at either end of the walkway would solve this...

I loved absolutely everything about my stay; we stayed for a month, and I would happily recommend this place to friends and would definitely come back myself. Everything was truly wonderful—both the apartment and the grounds. They cleaned for us upon request since we were staying for a long time. I loved everything—it’s a great location.

Big construction works next door and very noisy all day!
