La ubicación es excelente. El dueño y el portero muy amables. Tiene vidrios espejados, lo que permite tener las cortinas abiertas y no te ven desde la calle. Y tiene doble vidrio, lo que disminuye bastante el ruido.
Los muebles muy viejos, sobre todo los del living. Ningún equipamiento. Hay solo papel higiénico. Ni siquiera sal en la cocina o jabón en el baño. El portero nos convidó un poco de sal y nos prestó una estufa, menos mal porque hacía frío. El baño perdía agua, los azulejos rajados, el forro de la cortina del baño muy sucio. Te dan las sábanas para que te hagas la cama. Toallas buenas y limpias, pero sin alfombra para los pies mojados. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.
