About this house rental
VENTNOR RISE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, with a large rear deck, hooded BBQ and outdoor setting.
Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove and microwave, dining, lounge with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV with HDMI input, DVD, ceiling fan.
Main bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with vanity, shower and separate w/c, laundry with front load washing machine. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Small TV in one of the single bedrooms.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Linen can be hired - $38.50 for queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - 2 singles.
Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat.

A wonderful place within walking distance to beach and main precinct. Very clean with modern amenities. We enjoy open space living and this place has choices. This is our 6th year here and we have no intention to let this one go for our annual little getaway. Lovely house easy walk to the shop, pub and beach nice and clean well equipped. Loved the childrens games and the DVD's provided. Would have liked a welcome pack to say what was around the area. The only down side was the extraction fans need cleaning andthe fish cleaning station was dirty, lotsof fish scales but the people who used it last should have cleaned it.
