If you plan to stay inside in day avoid booking this

They didn’t mention that there will be construction work in the building in working days of the week! We were studying and they did nothing about it ! There was continuous work from 9-5

My horrible experience

not many

I dont love how the actual service that mentioned self check in but actually need to meet the PIC when acquiring the key. The facilities provided also very poor in condition and some of them even broken and cannot be used. The window upstairs cannot be closed and I already call the maintenance but there are no response. There were only provided 3 pillow although already mentioned on the guest checking in which is 4 guest. The iron board has hole and the wire is too short to be connected to the plug for ironing. The info given does not complete , they were late in giving information and does not explain well on the details needed for the guest to check in . Asking a few times for invoice but they ignored and even did not consider on the late checking out request by the guest instead they cut off from the deposit which really uncomfortable . The were no garbage plastic provided and the amenities in the house does not clean well. Total experience , was horrible and totally wont recommend this house for a family vacation.

Pleasant stay with friends……but juggling between 6.5 to 7/10

Overall was okay, location was good with nearby shop lots for food etc, and a MRT station within 5 mins of drive. Staff (Amir) is very attentive and flexible with your check-in timing 👌

Cleanliness (Details) really need to be improve and take note as it was a bit dusty with broken shoe rack, “not so clean” towels, and leftovers under the carpet. Hope the owner could escalate this issue asap for future improvements.

Superb, very nice

The perfecly of the Sky Garden taht I visit there. A very nice enviroment to taking picture. Also the kichenware and utilities are very complete. A nice place to stay and the host was very fast replying.

Suddenly our unit was black out or power short something....But nicely when I restart the circuit breaker it was settle.

Good location, behind is the Lotus mall, nearby has some shops. Overall environment in the building is clean.

Super noisy. The unit i got has extremely poor noise proofing. I got no sleep until 2 am and woke up at 5 because the unit is facing the main road. Towel is dirty, tiny cockroaches can be found around the unit. No clothes rack to hang your wet towels, the clothed chair gives off a musty smell.

the facilities is on top ! , i can go to anywhere using the MRT nearby, very strategic place for family or groups travelling. and not to forget the gorgeous sky garden 👍🏻

Friendly staft and good but a bit pressured the time check out..need a bit consideration for time becouse we are hurrying the time coz of rm 50 per hour if you not check out exactly 12pm that means if you over even 10 min they charge Rm 50 😞

My stay at Arte Cheras was a modern, stylish experience with vibrant decor and but inconvenient amenities.

Lack of small things like tissue, and hair dryer cannot used. And there should put a dustbin in every room. They also didnt put extra plastic garbage..

Can be better with the facilities, but really like the location.

Location - is surely good. The design & the duplex especially the upper level is comfy. Good parking lot for the unit I accommodate.

Only 1 bathroom, even though there is another toilet. Only 1 dustbin in the whole unit. No extra toilet paper in the main bathroom - only 1 roll. The water tap comes off easily and can be mistakenly took as a fault by those who check in. The water heater nob also could have the potential to come off. Aircond remote control battery is weak resulted in not able to function & cannot control temperature. 2nd room does not have any plug point resulted in not possible to charge handphone in the said room - inconvenience to those staying in the said room.

The homestay was clean, including the bathroom, and the internet speed was decent with access to YouTube on the TV. The host’s crew was very responsive, promptly providing assistance when needed, including resolving a power outage and delivering toilet paper on the same day. However, basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes were not adequately provided and needed to be purchased from a nearby mart. Additionally, the kitchen drawer was found to be dirty. Overall, service was helpful, but the lack of essential supplies was inconvenient

Cockroach, broken cabinet, incomplete dining sets (missing a bowl and a cup), no hand washing soap and dustbin in the bathroom. Have to pay a deposit of RM200 before can get the key to the apartment. This was not mentioned initially when viewing the booking details. Was made to call different persons (runners) to get the keys and handover the keys when checkout. Finally was told to place the keys in the mailbox.

Apartman je bio na odličnoj lokaciji, sa fantastičnim pogledom na more i samo ostrvo, dovoljno prostran za četvoro, izuzetno čist, dobro opremljen i udoban za boravak, a domaćini prijatni i predusretljivi. Predivna uvala sa plažom, nestvarno čistim.morem i dosta prirodnog hlada bila je na desetak minuta hoda od apartmana. Uživali smo u miru malog mesta i tišini koju je narušavao samo zvuk zrikavaca i morskih talasa. Preporučujem svima koji vole miran odmor u prirodi.
