Location, good facilities and Mat’s willingness to offer a late checkout which I really appreciated.
Too hot overall due to extreme weather conditions. Without a second fan it would have been unbearable. Proper AC needs to be considered if summer temperatures are likely to become extreme.

Really well appointed accommodation and in a lovely location right in the heart of Nailsworth, convenient for everything without needing to use the car. Beautifully furnished, very comfortable. Lovely gardens too
I can see the stairs to basement bedrooms could be difficult for some.
We were there during the recent heat wave and not sure if it was due to general humidity because of the weather but bedding felt damp in both basement bedrooms, despite using fans. However weather was exceptionally hot and humid.

Lovely clean apartment with good layout for a family of four. We stayed in. Apartment 107 during a really hot weekend. Our group of four families booked 4 separate apartments. The apartment was great for our needs, we did lots of lovely local
Walks and appreciated being so close to everything. We loved the bbq and shared lawn area also.
The shower in the main bathroom didn’t seem to work and we would have appreciated body wash in the bathrooms.
