The property has recently been remodeled and is very clean. The kitchen worked great as well as the washing machine.Tim was a gracious host and responsive.

Tim was the absolute best host! This was a surprise trip for my daughter and he went out of his way to make it special for us both! Can’t thank him enough! Location was great! Flat was clean and lovely. If you are planning to go to London, I recommend you stay at Tim’s place!

The studio apartment is small, but very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with basic needs. We were able to use the washer, but couldn’t get the dryer to work. The apartment windows face a major street, so it was a bit noisy. The location was very convenient to food markets, bus and subway and Hyde Park.
