About this apartment rental
Perfectly setup for month-month rent, this classy condo is situated in a sublime part of downtown in Austin, with delicious famous restaurants such as Clay's Oyster Bar, Wink, and Cafe Josie down the street, Whole Foods & Trader Joes just a couple of blocks away, and the upbeat night spots Concrete Cowboy and Ranch just a short walk away! Terrifically lit, large windows and bamboo floors complete the bright picture.
The Space
The space is beautifully finished with solid wood flooring. The unit is at the corner, and primary faces south, which means there is sunlight that streams through the trees outside.

Dominic’s place is located in Austin Texas United States.
It is 2 mins walking from Whole foods and Starbucks, has a running trail very close by, and is walking distance from many restaurants, including:
Snap Kitchen
Z'Tejas Southwestern food and margaritas
Thunder Cloud Subs
Cafe Josie
Clark's Oyster Bar and more!
For health, there are multiple gyms and studios within .3 miles, including:

The bus stop is 1 block away, with routes going to all positions of the city including UT Austin! Note, you will have a parking spot so driving is also a great way to get around of course.

I stayed in Dominic’s place for about 2.5 months for the summer in Austin and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Austin! Great location ~5 min walk from Whole Foods and other great restaurants, very comfortable apartment, and Dominic and the property manager were very accommodating and friendly for the few minor questions I had. Highly recommend staying here
