Seaview, Sun & Surf is the perfect place for your Piha getaway. Enjoy all day sun and superior ocean views from our holiday home.
This is a single-level property with flat paved access from the driveway. The house offers open plan living in the lounge, indoor dining and kitchen area, where you’ll have plenty of space to spend time with friends and family.
If you’re in Piha to surf, you can check The Bar from your bed (literally), before you grab your board from the surfboard rack in the conservatory, and head to the beach.
The Piha General Store and Lion Rock Surf Shop are 1 kilometre away, for great coffee, food, and surf/beachwear. Spend your time relaxing, swimming, and enjoying casual walks on the beach and around the village or, for the more adventurous, exploring trails and waterfalls in the Waitakere Ranges.
At the end of the day you’ll be able to return ‘home’ for a barbeque, and the perfect photo opportunity of the sun setting into the Tasman sea beside the iconic Lion Rock.

Guests are kindly requested to keep voices and music low (especially outside) between 10pm and 8am so that the neighbours are not disturbed. Please note the water is not suitable for drinking due to a high mineral content. Until North Piha Water Society resolve treatment of the water, bottled/boiled water should be used for drinking. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

We loved the property but thought we should mention that this property is managed by another company so contacting them wasn’t simple. There was little to no information provided except lock box code. Piha had the most mosquitos on our whole trip so sleeping with windows open to keep the place cool was troublesome. However the property was beautiful as was the location. Getting in and out of the driveway was also interesting especially if you have a larger vehicle.

1. The view from the deck is wonderful
2. House was clean, pleasant, beds comfy
3. Shower a bit weak, drains were all clogged up
4. Apart from the drains, a few min drive or walk to beach, and a great place to relax after a fun day on the beach.
