The room was perfect with a high standard and a very good location. Also, Maria is the most customer-oriented landlady I have every met, and she made our last day a lot more easier. I will definitely book again when visiting Cyprus the next time.

The apartment is excellently equipped, new, and modern, having everything needed for a longer stay. The owner, Maria, is very kind; she even allowed us to stay longer on our last day until our flight departure since she had no guests immediately after us. We highly recommend this accommodation—it is super comfortable and clean.
There is noise from the street due to inconsiderate drivers, but the apartment has double-glazed windows. It's possible to sleep well at night.

For us it was really important to have a flexibility for the check in schedule, and considering that this property has independent check in, it was great.
Another key aspect is the communication with the host. Maria is a great host, she gave us important information about the parking nearby which was not marked on Google maps and there were plenty of spots for free.
The property was clean and has a great location.
We stayed for 9 nights there, the only inconvenience was that we received only 1 small bottle of shower gel per person. I guess it is suitable for a shorter stay, but not enough for 9 nights.

It was a really nice apartment. It's close to the strip where all the bars and pubs are, but it is not noise,the windows and doors are solid proof for sound, but even open it is a quiet street. It was a walking distance of everything we liked ten to fifteen minutes from the luna park, bars, pubs, restaurants and the squer. Our favorite beache was Pantachou so it was walking distance from there too. On the way there is also a little place with vegan food and smothiees as well as other helthy foods that is super cheep Fusis. All the best rated and low key restaurants were near us too.
The host was really nice, she was there a second we needed anything. If I were to come back it would be here.
Everything was really good honestly. Alsoo there is no bugs which is weird and cool.
