L'appartement en soi est ok, son équipement, la possibilité de parquer dans les alentours était ok.
Si vous vous basez sur une 1ère bonne impression pour apprécier votre location, il ne faut pas louer cet appartement. Le couloir de l'immeuble de 3 étages, pourtant habité, n'a pas d'ascenseur et son couloir était dans un état de saleté jamais vu et des odeurs indéfinissables. le matelas d'une chambre mériterait d'être changé.
