Solitude within 3 minutes of downtown.

Lovely property with two large living rooms, a dining room and three bedrooms. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Also has a spot to do your yoga. Nice fenced backyard with garden. We enjoyed hearing George Strait at the stadium while sitting outside in the garden. Lovely host. Sheryl greeted us when we arrived a day early and let us stay on virtually no notice. Property is located close to I-95 and Atlantic Blvd and provides easy access to wherever you need to go. Perfect location for us as were house hunting in Duval and Saint John's counties.

There were 3 persons staying at the location. We are golfers and golfed 8 Games. The location was situated perfectly to reach each of the golf courses. We could walk to an outdoor patio at Bearded Pig. The restaurants within a short distance by car were excellent. The backyard was used many times as a social area.

Beautiful home!!!!! Close to many restaurants, many things to do. We have family there in Jacksonville so it was easy and convenient to everything we wanted and needed to do. Sheryl was very helpful in our rental of the home. Well worth the stay and a beautiful home.

Amazing stay at south shores. House is adorable, walkable neighborhood to coffee shops restaurants in San Marco. Quiet neighborhood. Sheryl gracious and accommodating.
