Condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies and bedding, i.e. extra blankets and pillows. The location to the village was great, which made it very convenient to get to the mountain. The location of the jacuzzi to the condo was great. The amount of firewood provided was great, there was plenty to keep the fire going during my whole stay. The layout of the condo was very good and comfortable. Very cozy place.

I showed up a little early to pick up the keys and they were not ready. The front desk lady was very dismissive and said "it's not 4 yet". I tried to message the host an hour prior and didn't get any response until the next day after I already checked in. They didn't give us the code to the front door and the key lock barely works. The picture showed a Keurig on the counter so we bought K cups, then when we arrived there was a regular coffee machine. Please update pictures or list in amenities. The plywood over the balcony was unfortunate, I understand the reasoning but is should be listed in the condo description. The Jacuzzi key did not open the door to the jacuzzi area, had to jump the gate in order to get the door open. The firewood needs to be covered better, over half of it was covered with snow and was wet.
