Accommodations for 16? No Problem! Traveling "by committee" with ages ranging from 2-85 yrs old can be challenging. This property provided great adult and kid spaces, comfortable sleeping areas - a well stocked kitchen and combined open area for dining and entertaining. We had great host communication - home was warm and welcoming as was the host. Loved this place and will return! PS thanks for having beach towels accessible - we LOVED using the hot tub on site as well as having easy across-the-street access to the clubhouse. Thanks!

Very nice house and property. Accommodated all 21 of us well. However, the pool, lazy river and splash pad were COLD. It was advertised as 85 degrees year round, but it was 75 degrees when we bought a pool thermometer and checked it. That was a big disappointment as we came for the pool/lazy river specifically. When we called to ask about why the water was 10 degrees less than advertised, we were told it was due to the weather outside being cold and in the 50’s and nothing could be done. But if a place advertises 85 pool water year round it shouldn’t matter if it is cold outside or not. Wish they hadn’t advertised it as that way if it really does depend on the weather outside. So very disappointed in that part of our stay. If the pool being cold doesn’t matter to you, then super nice property.
