Fancy a mountain getaway? We have what you need ! Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable cocoon decorated with taste and originality. Close to the slopes, at the top of Vars les Claux (1950m), in a recent and quiet residence. It can accommodate 5 people: Crossed apartment of 37m2 It has a sunny terrace (20m2) with a view of the Eyssina massif for your viewing pleasure!
The apartment includes:
- A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN :
Ceramic hobs, kitchen utensils, oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), microwave, raclette, fondue and electric plancha available.
- A SUNNY LIVING ROOM WITH MOUNTAIN VIEW:
Will be at your disposal, a television, a games console, board games and a stereo.
- A ROOM 1:
A double bed, a television and for the pleasure of the eyes a view on the mountain of Peynier
- A BEDROOM 2:
Three bunk beds.
- A SHOWER ROOM:
Towel radiator.
- A LARGE TERRACE (+ 20m2):
Facing south west with a breathtaking view of the Eyssina massif. Equipped with garden table, chairs, deckchairs and parasol.
- A SKI RACK (secure):
Located on level -1 with elevator and overlooking the outside.
Privileged access to the two sides of the resort and shops a few dozen meters away.
Perfect for nature hikes in summer or snowshoeing in winter, starting on foot.
Located at the top of the resort, 1950 meters above sea level, close to shops and activities.
Travelers access
- Two ski departures -> Via Sibière chairlift (by green piste): 100 meters / purchase of ski passes, ski schools -> Via Fontbonne chairlift (by blue piste): 200 meters / by residence "le Hameau des Rennes" staircase or on foot (80m, via elevator)
- 30m from shops (ski hire, mini-market, decoration shop, SPA / massages, restaurant, etc.)
- 50m from the departure of the free shuttle (intra-station and to other villages, SNCF station)
- Toboggan run and playground 150m away
- Parking lot of the residence and public parking nearby
- SNCF train station 30km away.

Superbe appartement sympa et douillé ,calme et bien situé, décoré avec soin, bien équipé avec toutes les commodités, et une terrasse très appréciable. Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
