Apartments in a residential complex, just a few steps from the sea, in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Marinella, a popular resort in the northeast of Sardinia, just 4 km from Porto Rotondo and 5 km from the port of Golfo Aranci.
The property is surrounded by lush gardens that make it a true corner of paradise, with all services nearby. The residence consists of different apartments located between 150 and 350 meters from the sea, from the coast with small sandy coves bordered by granite rocks. Ideal environment for families and couples looking for a romantic vacation, but also for groups of friends, thanks to the intense nightlife in the area. The apartments are distributed in the main building or in terraced houses of 1 or 2 floors, most of them with veranda or balcony and some with sea view. The functionally furnished apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchenette and bathroom with hairdryer.
The residence is in a strategic position to visit northern Sardinia. From the Gulf of Marinella you can easily go to the famous resorts of Costa Smeralda or Golfo Aranci. There is also an international yoga school here, which offers the possibility of taking classes with certified teachers every day from May to October, from sunrise to sunset.
