Studio of 21 m² located on the 1st floor without elevator in the residence Bretagne Douce in Arzon-Port du Crouesty, in the district Bretagne Douce, 300 m from the beach :
- A living room with a sofa bed type BZ for 2 people and a sofa bed for one person (duvets)
- A small equipped kitchenette
- A bathroom with bath and toilet.
Outside :
- Private parking with free placement.
- Direct access to thalassotherapy.
Please note:
- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini-box Wifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/11/24 to 26/04/25 and from 18/10/25 to 3/01/26 : cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
- Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental (€16/set of sheets; €19/set of duvet cover; set of towels: 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat: €20, or possibility per unit).
- Pets allowed with a supplement of €28/pet/week (including short stay)
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 60 €
