The Blyde Crystal Lagoon

Our place was Very clean and well prepared.

The staff was not friendly at the lagoon, for the pool entry our very friendly host who did the best for us to enjoy the place even called then lady to give us access pass for lagoon which is paid for but that lady was so arrogant and stubborn we waited for the pass for almost 45min mind you it’s paid for. Another thing we didn’t bring food so we wanted to buy fro outside the other rasturants however our lovely host recommended that there’s a rasturants that sells nice food we will definitely enjoy but unfortunately we went bought food there it was not what we expected, it was bad I even took pictures of the food I bought.

When I arrived, I arrived at the other gate only to be told that I was at the wrong gate. For me that experience, was unpleasant.

The host is very professional and available alm the time when you need help. She must just keep it up. The apartment is very clean
