Location/parking/peace and quiet/garden and patio, well equipped.
Tank was too small to fill a very large bath.
Bedding needs updating.

the cottagey feel, the good communication from the host, the well-equipped kitchen :), the estuary view, the back garden... the list can continue...
no blinds at the bathroom upstairs, which meant potentially that privacy could have been an issue, especially at evening time; also, the garden room has a very small radiator, well undersized for the size of the room, which may also explain the mouldy-smell there and the need of a dehumidifier, present in that room...

Truly paradise indeed. Cottage was exceptionally equipped, beds really comfy. Great location for us. We were a family of 4 plus dog. Garden was amazing, sun terrace overlooking river fab. I could go on. Needless to say highly recommend and hope to rebook.
Got a bit lost when arriving, so slightly better directions would be helpful as no WiFi in the village but really a non-issue.
