About this house rental
Property is located in prime location of Alhambra, walking distance to Main Street with shops, restaurants, movie theatre, bars and super market. Thoughtfully designed for the entire family, wake up in one of our plush beds before eating in our spacious kitchen. At the end of the day enjoy a game of Pool or Monopoly with the family in our spacious living room.
All new furniture, 8 beds (1 king, 4 twins, 2 full, 1 queen).
The living room is built for comfort with a 20 ft high ceiling, open floor plan, ample seating and convenient entertainment (65” TV with Netflix, Pool Table, Board Games).
The oversized kitchen is stocked with essentials you may need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your morning coffee or a pre-dinner beverage with our wine bar.
Linens, towels, and other bathroom amenities will be provided.
2-car garage parking. If you had additional cars you will need to purchase an overnight parking permit from the City of Alhambra. Parking permits can be purchased at the City Hall located 2 minutes drive away. Please do not park on the street overnight without a permit otherwise you will get a ticket.

We enjoyed our stay in Alhambra at this house and would consider it again. The listing is fairly accurate, but there are some holes to fill in so I gave a 4/5 star review. Here are some comments:- It did provide difficult for regular or immediate feedback/answers from the host - so plan ahead and be prepared for it to take awhile. The host did send us a welcome email for instructions on how to get in and rules, but we didn't receive any check out material. - The house does have a washer and dryer which was helpful for us.- After reading reviews about the floor, we came with a swiffer to just clean the floors the first day, but everything else was clean - we wiped the floors half way through our trip once more and no issues at all.- The house has four bedrooms, each which have ample space and are very comfortable - all located upstairs which is where the temperature control is as well- The house has two full bathrooms, one in the master, and one in the hallway - the hallway shower is rough though. The shower head is made for those of little height and has low pressure.- Overall this place was great for us - the kitchen was stocked enough, nice living room to congregate, and a safe and great neighborhood close to where we were needing to be. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Standard modern home, feet ended up black so could have been a little more cleaner. Overall good place to stay

After paying for the property we never received any communication from the property manager other than the generic emails with the rules of your stay and the “hope your stay is going ok reach out if you need anything” which if we did need something no one would have responded. After check out we did decide an email with pictures of items we left to which I responded on how we could get the items back and never received a response. We also let them know they had a water bill on their front door stating their had used more water last month and we let them know their guest toilet wouldn’t stop running which is probably why their bill was higher and still nothing. Overall the house was nice the location was good but would think we would have communication when needed. Also told to take our shoes off and only light cleaning would be done but floors hadn’t been scrubbed for a while because our socks were very dirty from the floors
