About this house rental
Andre Mar is a very large waterfront home that is located on the back bay of Fort Myers Beach, just a 5 minute walk to 7 miles of beautiful beach. Bring your boat because it has a dock so large it creates a lagoon effect on the waterfront side and can dock a 100 foot yacht! Or, watch the sunset drop into the gulf every night on the beach with a glass of wine!
This home was completely renovated in 2023 and has all the luxuries. Among them is a boiling water tap in the kitchen, a subzero fridge, Bosch dishwasher, double oven, wall mounted microwave, coffee bar inclusive of Keurig and regular coffee and is fully equipped. Two bars, a large one in the great room and a smaller one in the game room where you can enjoy a game of pool. Speaking of games, there is also a shuffle board in the garage, along with workout equipment inclusive of a tread mill, elliptical and rowing machine. Turn on the garage's large TV while working out!
The principle bedroom, designed to evoke relaxation, walks out to the pool deck and has a lovely view of the gulf, along with a walk in closet, tv and four piece bathroom. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor and can be found in the front loft and back loft. All locations have some kind of view of the water!
The very private back loft has two bedrooms and a 5 piece bathroom, along with a living room with TV and a small kitchen. When we have family visiting, we usually put couples who have children there as it is private and has a king and two twins.
The front loft also has a king and two twins and a sitting area with an extraordinary view overlooking the great room, the gulf and dock. Sit up there in the very comfortable recliners, read a book or watch from a distance the goings on!
The great room has a games table, 12 by 12 oversized couch and two chairs, 85 inch TV, a bar with seating for 5 and much more!
Walk out from the great room to lounge by the infinity pool or enjoy the hot tub....or both! There are lounge and other chairs on the pool deck, which runs the width of the house, as well as on the dock. There is also a very private side yard oasis, for evening fires, or just a quiet book read - all sitting right on the back bay of the gulf!
The dining area, designed for maximum luxury and comfort seats 10 and is off the main entrance which was designed to invoke a "wow" as you enter our home.
Our location to the "action" is close enough to get to, but far enough to allow for a peaceful vacation should that be what you are seeking. A short bike ride north to Times Square, FMB's downtown area with multiple restaurants, or a 10 minute walk south to Publix, Junkanoos and Fresh Catch Bistro - which has the best happy hour on the beach!
There are trolley's that go up and down the island regularly, or you can rent a golf cart or bike to get around! But we find our 4500 sq ft home provides for enough luxury, entertainment and comfort that it will be hard to leave!

We had a large group and this home worked very well for us. Lots of room to spread out. Only a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the pier and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this property as our last summer getaway before school starts for the kids. Took the whole family which included our small French Bulldog. The house is nicely distributed among its 6 bedrooms. The best part of the house was the indoor pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The house itself is a bit warm during the day. The air conditioning doesn’t properly cool the whole house. It was fine at night, but the days are very warm inside. The property manager, Phillip was great. We contacted him because the propane tanks were empty and he quickly passed by and dropped new ones off. The beach is at the end and across the street. We saw dolphins swim by from the dock as well. Overall, it was a nice getaway with the family we all enjoyed.

This house was everything I could’ve asked for for my family vacation. Since there were 12 of us, iit was nice that there was enough rooms for us to be apart when we wanted alone time and together for meals and game night. Walking distance from the beach is super important for us, especially those older who can’t walk a long way - this is perfect as it’s so close. When it got super hot, we jumped in the indoor pool, which was so refreshing. Highly recommend.

House was very large with tons of stuff to do. The dock was perfect to dock our 27ft boat that we rented. Outdoor patio was great to unwind and have a few drinks. Kids loved the game room. Just a 5 minute walk to beach and restraints. Highly recommend.
