Beautiful in town Galveston retreat that is a 5 block walking distance to the beach!
Welcome to BAHAMA BREEZE! This bright and beautiful island home away from home is located within walking distance of the beach, Pleasure Pier, and shopping! There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance on the seawall. This 1750 sq ft home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 11 people comfortably. The home has 1 king bed, 3 full beds and 3 singles. Dinning table for 8, along with 4 chairs at the elevated bar gives seating for 11 at meal time. It has 3 indoor showers and 1 outdoor shower, for washing the sand off after a day at the beach. The home has been completely remodeled and everything is new. There is a large upper deck that overlooks the pool that is an island paradise! There is a new private pool that you can cool off in & the patio area has plenty of space so everyone can grab a lounge chair and chill, or hang out under the palapa with a cold drink while grilling on a gas grill. The driveway can hold 6 vehicles and 2 more on the street, so you don't ever have to worry about parking, which comes in handy! -parking space is very rare in Galveston- The house comes with every modern amenity we could think of for your comfort and convenience.
The house is a few minutes drive from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn water park, cruise terminal and the Historical Galveston Strand.
We welcome all of our guest to enjoy our non-heated swimming pool and patio area, however, please understand that the owners take no responsibility in or around the swimming pool. NO RUNNING, PUSHING OR HORSE PLAYING, NO DIVING (POOL IS ONLY 5 FEET DEEP), NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN. The pool is for our guest ONLY. Guest will swim and use the pool and patio area at there own risk. Owner will not be responsible for accidents or injuries. There are security cameras located on the driveways and pool area. ALSO per city of Galveston building codes there are VERY LOUD door alarms on every door exiting into the pools area TO LET RESIDENCE KNOW SOMEONE JUST ENTERED THE POOL AREA. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THEM. Lastly, the pool is not heated and cannot be heated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT THIS HOME!
In consideration of our neighbors we cannot allow Gatherings that exceed 15 people.We do not allow more than 15 people on the property at any given time. You will lose the entire deposit if any of these rules are broken.
During hurricane season , refunds will only be given if there is a category 1 or higher storm in the gulf headed toward Galveston!
We do not accept checks or cashiers checks AND WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON CRAIGSLIST.

Beautiful and super cozy. I just wish there had been an option for me to clean the pool. I booked specifically for the pool because I'm not a fan of swimming at the beach, and unfortunately a storm blew through and it was full of leaves. There wasn't an adequate pool net, or vacuum option, and the pool guy only came once a week which happened to be the day we were checking out.

We absolutely loved the house!! We arrived a little early and the house was ready, so they allowed us to enter early. We did have some maintenance issues at first, but the owners were contacted and problem was fixed immediately! Communication was excellent. Our family enjoyed the large dinning table at meal times and the pool ALL the time. The house was just a short walk or drive to Seawall so that made everything convenient for our stay!!If you cook, you will need to bring your own seasonings, containers or baggies for left overs, and things like foil and oil. Our family will consider this place again for future trips!
