Condo was very clean and well-equipped. Beds comfortable. The pool was very nice and beach pristine. It was a bit confusing upon check-in. The directions given to us to access the elevator and our room were incorrect. We wandered a bit and finally figured it out. The garage is tight. If you decide to purchase a wrist band at the front desk, they only take cash/check, so come prepared. These were only minor things, and did impact our stay overall. I would definitely rent this condo again!

We had a great vacation and the Indigo was awesome. Our condo was beautiful and clean. We really enjoy our stay and look to be back.

The condo was beautiful, clean and very comfortable and the views were amazing! We felt every amenity was taken care of, plenty of dishes and pans if needed (fyi -there is a Keurig as well as a 12 cup coffee maker in this condo, something I wish we had known!). We were comfortable letting two teen girls head down to the beach or pool alone (especially since we could see them from the condo!). The check in process isn't the greatest, as everyone who rented from this company is cramming into the tiny office all at once (4pm). The people are very nice and do their best to get you through quickly, but it's not a great start. There are carts by the elevators to help carry your things up to your place, and that was super helpful! Get out to the beach early that first day if you want to rent beach chairs/umbrellas and bring CASH or a CHECK, they do not take cards - but there is a great discount for renting for multiple days! The pool is very nice and there seemed to be plenty of chairs and space despite there being many guests. We needed to have maintenance called a couple of times for small things and they were very responsive and friendly. Publix is super close by for any groceries, as well as a Winn-Dixie and a bit further out there is a Target and WalMart. We highly recommend The Shrimp Basket for amazing grilled seafood and The Gulf for the best/most fun atmosphere. We definitely recommend staying here, and are planning to go back!

The Indigo and condo were both very nice had no issues with the condo. The issues we had were dealing with the rental company, I couldn’t honestly recommend going thru that same company. I had to contact them the day before to try to obtain out information and when I did they acted like it had been sent. They did send it, right before they sent the email acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about. The original email I received when we paid and signed the contracts said we would receive the email a week before, I had to ask for it. Then when we went down to check in we arrived around 3:30. As soon as I walked in she said your condo is waiting on the final cleaning check you won’t be checking in until 4 at least. I said ok she said I’ll text you when it’s ready. I noticed several other families waiting and she was telling the same thing. So then when I finally receive the text at 4:15 ish I was already in line because she’d made everyone wait. She asked if I had stayed before I said no ma’am this was our first time ever being in Perdido Key or staying at Indigo she gives me keys and hands me a packet someone else was waiting on another man and she couldn’t talk to me or tell me anything about how we were supposed to go because she was so worried about helping that man. When I took my packet I saw the key cards and bracelets and code but when we got to the parking garage no one explained which one we went in.
