About this house rental
Beautiful tropical home located in a quiet and serene neighborhood on Cape Coral's Gold Coast. Our home provides the privacy and comfort you are looking for. Beautiful pool with floats and pool heater for the cool days. Pool towels are provided. A completely equipped kitchen and barbeque grill. The back yard is fenced and landscaped with tropical palms giving you the privacy you desire. Comcast GB high speed internet and smart TV's for streaming. Blu-ray player. We visit multiple times per year to make sure our guests have a nice location for their vacation! - Absolutely NO Parties -

Beautiful home! The property was very clean, necessities were provided, and the kids absolutely loved the pool! The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. We loved that there were chairs and beach toys provided to take on our adventures. Excellent stay!! Thank you Brian and Cathy!

We were down for the senior men's baseball tournament. The property was in a great location with good access to all fields. The house was great. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the lanai and watching football games in our down time .

Came to Cape Coral to celebrate my son's 10th bday & Father's Day - we had an awesome time. Charlie was an excellent host. Even with rain for part of our stay the pool & outdoor space was fantastic. Had bday activities at Gametime Arcade, party at Sun Splash Water park, went to witness an a friend epic rooftop marriage proposal 2.5 hrs away in Miami, enjoyed Father's Day breakfast & dinner poolside. What an awesome vacation at a lovely home. Everything is labeled and easy to keep track of. The welcome book explained everything else. Bike rides allowed us to see the beautiful quiet neighborhood. Keep up the great work - we felt so comfortable & welcome! :)P.S. Only suggestion I have is to make sure renters are aware there is a similar address nearby that is "Place" instead of "Avenue". Accidently selected the "Place" address.
