About this house rental
Spain, Alicante district, a wonderful place of Cabo Roig, near to clean sandy beaches.
Bright new house in a 8-minute walk from several beaches. It is possible to dive with a mask and see marine life.
The house is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. It has a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Solarium terrace (15m2), a Wonderful garden with a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The complex has a large swimming pool for adults and a pool for children. The house territory is quite large, with a garden laid out on it, where you can comfortably accommodate both for a meal and for taking sun treatments.
The complex is safe and secure, there is an opportunity to Park in front of the house for free. The road, not passing, and access to the houses of the owners, there is no extra transport on the street, so the front of the house is quiet.
The picturesque promenade is a 3-minute walk away. There is a children's Playground and a sports ground next to the embankment.

over het algemeen hebben we prima verbleven in dit huis. het contact met het agentschap was aanvankelijk slecht (online) maar bij aankomst ter plekke zijn we prima ontvangen door een lieve mevrouw die goed bereikbaar was voor ons. zo was het internet probleem binnen een paar minuten door haar geregeld. verder zijn er wat mankementen aan de inrichting van het huis. zoals een oude bank in de woonkamer die helemaal versleten is, een badkamer lekkage op de bovenverdieping (er is wel een alternatief badkamer gebouwd bij de washok) en de keukenspullen die aanzienlijk verouderd zijn. als feedback geef ik de huiseigenaar mee om na te denken over de herinrichting (nieuwe meubels) van het huis beginnend vanuit de woonkamer, badkamer en vooral de slaap bedden. kortom, de service en het contact met de dame was uitstekend, het huis is ruim en schoon maar de meubels van het hele huis zijn zeker aan vervanging toe. hierbij wil ik mevrouw Julia nogmaals bedanken voor de gastvrijheid en hopelijk tot de volgende keer! Hartelijk Groten.

La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario.
Al llegar habían colocado las toallas sobre las camas como en los hoteles (nos gustan los detalles). La casa estaba fresca, aunque se notaba que éramos los primeros de la temporada.
Una máquina de aire acondicionado no enfriaba y enseguida nos mandaron a un técnico para solucionarlo.
La piscina comunitaria está muy bien.
En la descripción decía que había playas a 3 minutos... Lo cierto es que al final de la calle puedes encontrar unas escaleras que bajan a una cala (íbamos con un bebé y descartamos la opción enseguida). La playa más cercana estaba a 12 minutos andando. Las inclinación del paseo y la arena sobre las piedras nos dieron algún que otro susto cuando llevábamos la silla de paseo del bebé. La playa, en pleno Cabo Roig queda resguardada por un muro de piedra, arrojando sombra por la tarde (te ahorras llevar sombrilla).
Cerca de la casa hay restaurantes, farmacia y demás servicios sin tener que coger el coche.
En general, hemos estado muy bien allí, aunque elegimos la casa principalmente porque estaba la playa a 3 minutos y no era así.
