This beautiful detached house with private pool and sunny terrace, spacious and well equipped, is located on a pretty, fenced and green property in the countryside of Nissan-lez-Enserune, a small typical town of Hérault built on the banks of the famous Canal du Midi between Narbonne and Béziers in the heart of Occitania. This pretty villa in an ideal location is the ideal starting point to enrich your cultural knowledge and discover the most beautiful cities of Occitania such as Carcassonne, Sète or Montpellier within an hour's drive and other places of interest.
Not far from the village of Nissan visit the exceptional Malpas Tunnel, or the Oppidum , an archaeological site classified as a national monument and home to one of the most important Gallic villages in southern France. A remarkable site with a 360 ° panorama on the strange dry pond of Montady.

Sehr schönes kleines, aber geräumiges Anwesen in sehr ruhiger Lage im schönen Nissan, etwa 15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt (mit dem Auto). Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Die Doppelbetten sind vielleicht etwas schmal, aber gemütlich. Man kann entspannt im Garten liegen und hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der Pool ist dabei zum Abkühlen hervorragend geeignet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zur Selbstversorgun braucht (4 Gaskochstellen, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Backofen). Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr nett und freundlich und für jedes Problem direkt ansprechbar. Das Ortszentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wo Märkte stattfinden und kleinere Läden (Bäcker, Gemüse, Restaurants) zu finden sind. Ein Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Insgesamt ist dieses Ferienhaus sehr zu empfehlen!

la maison se trouve juste à côté d une bergerie ce qui n était pas signalé dans l annonce , ce qui fait que nous étions infectés de mouches, d énormément de mouches, beurk, et les responsables faisaient semblant de ne pas être au courant en plus des odeurs à causes de ces moutons, nous n avions pas réservé un séjour à la ferme pour 3000 euros, dommage car le maison est bien mais toutes ces mouches et ces odeurs non merci
