About this apartment rental

This condominium is one of 12 that I own near Poplar & I240. Centrally located in Germantown. Perfect for business travelers, people locating to Memphis, travel nurses, and people needing someplace to stay during a remodel. Includes Wifi, cable, washer/dryer, and utilities. You’ll love my place because of convenient location, pet friendly, large rooms, fully furnished kitchen with new appliances. Children are welcome. Pets are welcome. Just bring your cloths, food, and toothbrush.
