Peaceful quiet area, we had the pool to ourselves. 5 minutes walk to shop and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Cala en Blanes beach. 2 minutes walk to a small cove for sea swimming. Good AirCon. Property was spacious and good outside space to barbecue and dine. Good firm mattresses. Good value for money.
Fixtures and fittings are dated and the villa could do with an update. Still very good value for the price paid. No information in the villa regarding taxis, restaurants etc. We were travelling to Ciutadella each evening and it was difficult to get a taxi. Restaurants and bars in the area are geared towards families and have bouncy castles and play areas attached but it is only 10 minutes taxi ride to Ciutadella.

Estaba bastante cerca adecuado
Como malo avisaría que para entrar nos podieron una fianza de 300 euros , en la reserva no nos indicaba nada , así que fue algo imprevisto, con la cantidad de reservas que tienen tendrían que dar la información durante la reserva. Tardaron un dia en devolver la fianza , pero si que nos dieron respuesta rápidamente

La ubicación, las zonas comunitarias como la piscina y la tranquilidad que se respira.
La casa estaba muy anticuada (cocina, baño y mobiliario en general).
