Świetnie umiejscowienie hotelu - cisza i spokój mimo bliskości głównej ulicy oraz widok na Zalew. Smaczne śniadania. Przemiła obsługa.
Jedyną taką rzeczą jest dojazd po rozpadających się, betonowych płytach, ale z oczywistych względów nie jest to wina samego hotelu a raczej gminy.

Śniadanie przygotowane "z góry" podawane do pokoju o godz. 9.00. Skład bardzo różnorodny (pieczywo, wędliny, owoce, sery, jogurty, warzywa, itp.) w ilości zapewniającej "pełny brzuszek" większości z gości.
