Summary:
Huge luxury home includes two kitchens, two living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a backyard, covered parking and plenty of space for entertaining. This space can hold 16+ guests comfortably. It even has a ping pong table, board games, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Perfect for games night, hosting an event or big groups coming to watch the Bearcats! Two of the bedrooms have their own private entrances to make it easier for coming and going.
The Space:
This home is a duplex with a walkway to connect the two residences without having to leave the inside. There is copious amounts of room for the entire family or many friends.
Guest Access:
The Entire place will be yours.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in-between the I-45 (for quick access) and Sam Houston Avenue lies this cozy house, big enough for 16. Down the street from Pita Pit (0.8 mi), and a College Students favourite; Insomnia cookies (0.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walmart, Academy, Whataburger (0.3mi) and Panda Express (0.4mi) are all right across the street and Sam Houston University (0.8mi) is within walking distance. A local favourite around here Is Potato Shack (1mi). You can have your stuffed potato in more ways than you can Imagine.
Getting Around:
Uber is readily available and there is enough parking for 6+ vehicles around the home! There are also many walking and biking trails nearby.
Other Things to Note:
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.
• The BBQ is charcoal-operated. Please make sure to bring your own charcoal supplies as it is limited in the area.
• While we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company.
• We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

We had a large group staying for competition purposes in Huntsville. The house provided plenty of sleeping space, as well as room to spread out and study, fellowship, and prepare for our contests. The laundry room was very handy, and the kitchens and bathrooms provided all necessary towels, shampoo, soap, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

This is a large, effectively air conditioned and clean place. Access was good but did require an initial remote reset of access codes.
The kitchens are nice and modern with dishwashers. Unfortunately some of the dishwear was very dirty/unwashed so I ran everything, plates glasses and silverware, through the dishwasher the 1st night instead of using it.
The title states no service fees but as soon as you book you get a $250ish fee actually labeled as a service fee.
Overall, though I will easily return if I get the chance.

Third time in two years to book a house that your company manages. The online software has never worked properly and created difficulty getting checked in and even getting passcodes to get into the houses each time. The property themselves are extremely poor maintenance on the outside. From stinky full trash cans to yards need to be mowed and taken care of.
