About this house rental
Enjoy this beautiful, recently remodeled, quiet south side 3 bedroom / 3 bath house.
This house sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands, large dresser, 42" TV, private bathroom, and private access to the patio/pool. The Jr master bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, walk-in closet, wall-mounted 32" TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, closet, and wall-mounted 32" TV. A queen air mattress is available upon request.
The kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your basic cooking needs. It comes with pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, cups, a toaster, and a coffee maker. There is an overhead microwave oven above the glass top electric stove/oven, an air fryer, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator with an ice and cold water dispenser.
Guests have access to the laundry room, which includes a full-size washer and dryer.
The beautiful backyard comes with a BBQ, covered patio dining area, lounge chairs, and plenty of seating around the newly built family-friendly pool.
Additional amenities include central heat/air, free Wifi, streaming TV service, ceiling fans throughout, and plenty of parking on the side of the house, in the driveway, and in front of the house.
Minutes to the new Riviera launch ramp, London Bridge, Windsor, the speedway, grocery store, bars, and restaurants.

We had a great stay at the property. The house is very nice with new updates we noticed and very clean. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a weekend getaway. Very easy check in process and check out process. We all enjoyed the pool in the back yard and were able to BBQ our dinners each night. We will definitely be back.
