Ten and Two Lodge is a 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that showcases the beauty of Montana and Cascade County. Set high on a hill, the property offers 360 degree views of the mountains, canyons and Missouri River. The home provides full sun and shaded areas, extensive elevated decks, and a side yard for grilling and relaxing. First time rented was fall of 2020.
Most of the furniture, all the beds, and many of the appliances are new. Views are spectacular, location is great, and the fishing is amongst the best in America.

(Rm 1: 1 King bed, 1 full bed, Rm 2: 1 Queen bed, Rm 3: 1 Queen bed, Rm 4: 1 Queen bed, Rm 5: 1 Full bed) Note: there is also a pull out couch in the downstairs family room.
**** Be advised the driveway is steep in some parts and can be bumpy after rains. The amazing vista of Montana is enhanced because the lodge is built high into a hill side. As a result, a four wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended.

This is an annual trip going on 7 years now, and five out of the seven have been at the 10 and 2 lodge. The property is well kept, lots of space to sprawl out, always with some four legged friends around the outside (July fawn every year) and all in all a fantastic place to stay. I will echo that the driveway is steep and my friend and I had quite the adventure our first time slaloming uphill at 1 in the morning in a rental sedan. We’ve not made that mistake twice and always rent an SUV of some type, which honestly works better for fishing anyway. I’ve already booked my dates for next year, have you?!?

Nice house. Location is great. View is beyond this world. Got to see some local wildlife. There was a momma dear with her fawn in the front yard.
Driveway definitely needs grating. Deck has some very loose boards that need some attention. But overall very nice place.
