About this house rental
Located at the bottom of our land, Casa Ginja facing the Ocean, is at the forefront of the ocean to offer you the most beautiful ocean panorama ... Take your binoculars, you will hopefully have the opportunity to observe cetaceans!
A private garden, about 20 square meters, sits against the living room. The latter is ideal for relaxing & resting while contemplating the ocean. However, it is not suitable for young children.
The latter will be able to play only under supervision on this ground, the limitation of which is effective only via an uneven with the neighboring ground (Lower about 3m) ... A fall can therefore hurt ...
This small independent House of 49m2 will offer you a breathtaking view of the ocean.
This cottage has:
. Sleeps 4, i.e. 1 double bed in a spacious and bright bedroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room
. A large 15m2 terrace covered in hard
. A large and independent barbecue, with grill and large fork
. Private parking

Nous avons passé une semaine au petit Madère dans la casa Ginja.
Le chalet est tout neuf, très propre, bien équipé et spacieux. Le tout sans vis à vis avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.
Très bon accueil de Sonia, tout est pensé pour les touristes, guides de randonnées disponibles en français, livret d’accueil très complet avec des conseils de randonnées, d’activités et de restauration.
La seule petite amélioration à apporter serait l’ajout d’un lave-vaisselle

Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour à Prazeres : le confort du gite Ginga parfaitement entretenu, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ses équipements, la vue imprenable sur l'Océan, le calme et la sérénité du site….ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée.
Des vacances ressourçantes et de très bons souvenirs pour toute la famille!

Location parfaite pour visiter toute la partie ouest de l'île de Madère. La vue sur mer est idyllique, le gîte parfaitement entretenu. La description de l'annonce correspond bien à ce qu'on trouve sur place. Le propriétaire a été de bon conseil pour les visites. Je recommande!
