Old Town Boutique Apartments

The location is perfect close to the central plaza. The staff was very kind to help us get the key of the apartment when we arrived in the middle of the night.

A little bit small for four people (2 adults and two kids).

Beautiful, fragrant, and clean environment. Incredible helpfulness and willingness from the entire staff and management.

We liked absolutely everything!

1. Host I think he is Greek. We had to call him when we arrived. He was nice and responsive. He explained nicely how to get into the building. 2. Parking We went there at the weekend and parked our car in front of the theatre for free. We were also able to see our car from our balcony. 3. Location Location is great. There was a beer festival when we were there and we were able to watch the people singing and enjoying themselves. We also went to IQ landia which is walking distance far away from the apartment. A big shopping mall is located right behind the apartment. 4. Rooms Rooms are nice and big enough. Bathroom was newly renovated. Towels were clean and folded. Ceilings are high and the balcony was really cool. The bed linens were of high quality and clean. There was a fan in the room which was a life saver.

1. Taxi drivers The taxi rank is under the apartment and it was too noisy. Since it is summer, we left the windows open and slept. But it was a mistake. We thought that it would be a noisy night due to the beer festival but it was the taxi driver who kept us awake. 2. Microwave oven Such a shame that microwave oven was not there!! They should not call themselves family friendly hotel if they do not have a microwave oven in their kitchen. 3. Kitchen Not enough cutleries, not enough pans or pots to cook or boil something, no dish washer..The glasses had white marks at the bottom (most probably it was milk). There was no paper towels either. 4. Cleaning The floor was really really dirty. In all the corners there were dirt and dust. Under the pillows of the black sofa, we found a red underwear. There were left overs from a birthday party (ie. birthday party hats and some decoration papers) in one of the kitchen cabinets. Some dishes were not washed well. The fridge was dirty too. 5. Limited supply There was not enough soap, shampoo and toilet paper. 6. TV & Internet There was no leaflet or a booklet about how to use the TV or what is internet password. TV worked at first but later on it stopped working. 7. Strangers Twice our door was opened by strangers who were drunk. We had to lock our door after 5pm. I think they were other people who were staying at the hotel at the same time and were too noisy after midnight. They sang on the corridor. IT was horrible.
