Modern villa within walking distance of the centre of Porto Petro. Villa Ponent is a bright, modern holiday home with an infinity pool and upscale furnishings.
Villa Ponent is located within walking distance of the harbour and centre of the small coastal town of Porto Petro and just a few kilometres from Cala Mondragó. Cala Mondragó is easy to reach by bicycle and within only a few minutes by car. Porto Petro is a small fishing village with a cosy harbour, shopping facilities, many restaurants cafés around the harbour. The holiday home is a good starting point to discover the surrounding area, for example to nearby Cala D'Or, where you will find all the amenities of a holiday resort, or to the small town of Santanyí, which is popular with locals and holidaymakers alike for its exclusive shops and good restaurants. The south-east coast itself is known for its many beautiful beaches and bays and is popular with cyclists for its challenging and scenic routes.
Villa Ponent is a modern villa with three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms, located just 350 metres from the centre and the beautiful harbour of Porto Petro. The villa combines modern and traditional elements into a harmonious whole.
The light-flooded villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living area that flows into the large modern kitchen with cooking island. From the living room, large sliding doors lead to the covered terrace and the pool area. There are also two double bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en suite bathroom and one with an en suite shower room. This shower room is also accessible from the living room. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed and an open, integrated bathroom. This bedroom has its own terrace.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms with set operating times: 14:00 - 15:30 h and 22:00 - 09:00 h.
In keeping with the style of Villa Ponent, the outdoor area is minimalist. It offers a large covered terrace with a dining table and views of the beautiful infinity pool, several sun terraces, lawns and a brick BBQ grill. Car parking spaces are available on the property.

Air conditioning operating times: 14:00 - 15:30 h and 22:00 - 09:00 h.
Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
