Well-maintained holiday home with private pool close to Cala d'Or. Finca Fuente is an elegantly furnished holiday home with lots of light and a large outdoor area.
Finca Fuente is situated in a quiet location just 1.7 km from the beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena. The centre of Cala Ferrera can be reached in a few minutes by car and offers shopping facilities and restaurants. Cala Ferrera is a neighbourhood of the lively holiday resort of Cala D'Or, which offers a wide range of facilities for guests who appreciate the advantages of a good infrastructure with a large selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The town has a beautiful marina and several sandy beaches. The finca is a good starting point for excursions into the surrounding area to discover the charming countryside and the beautiful beaches of the south-east coast. For sports enthusiasts, there is a wide range of activities on offer, from water sports to tennis, golf and horse riding. The picturesque Portocolom with its pretty harbour promenade is also just a few minutes' drive away.
Finca Fuente is a well-kept holiday home with plenty of space and modern, high-quality furnishings. A solid oak door leads into the spacious hallway with seating area. The spacious living/dining area has a large dining table for 12 people, a cosy sofa area and an open fireplace. Large French doors lead to the pool terrace. The kitchen with breakfast nook is very well equipped and has access to the covered barbecue terrace. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin beds and a view of the garden. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
A marble staircase leads to the 1st floor. Here you will find the beautiful master bedroom with dressing room and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Glass doors lead out onto the sun terrace with views of the garden and pool. A bedroom with two single beds has an adjoining shower room. Two further bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. The operating hours are limited and cannot be changed. They are running from 21.00-08.00 hrs.
Finca Fuente has a beautiful garden with lawns, orange, lemon and almond trees and palm trees. The large pool (12 x 6 metres) has a children's pool and is surrounded by a large sun terrace. A covered and furnished terrace has a small outdoor kitchen with a brick barbecue, sink and work surface. A separate entrance leads to the utility room with washing machine and shower room. The house has a table tennis table. Parking for several cars is available on the property.
Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
