Villa Espinaret is a beautiful and modern holiday home with 2 floors. The living area and kitchen are on the upper level. The entrance leads into the spacious dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace. Directly next to it is the cosy, bright living room with great sea views and access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. A spiral staircase leads from the dining room to the lower level. Here there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There is also a guest toilet on the upper level. The property offers a small terrace in front of the villa overlooking the pool and a large sun terrace adjoining the living/dining area, which has the most beautiful sea views.
All rooms are equipped with central heating and shutters.
