Finca El Idilio is located in the countryside at about 1,5 kilometres distance from Ses Salines. This village in the very South of Mallorca has kept a lot of its original charm. Around the village square there are shopping facilities, cafés and a nice selection of fine dining restaurants. Nearby you will find some of the nicest beaches of the island, the most famous being Es Trenc with its turquoise, crystal clear waters and its long sandy beach. The next village towards the sea is Colonia Sant Jordi. The former fishermen's village offers a nice seaside promenade with a picturesque harbour, boutiques, restaurants and a lot more. Also in easy travelling distance there is the small town of Campos. This typical Mallorcan town offers a number of large supermarkets, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Saturdays there is a large, colourful farmers market selling local produce and also souvenirs etc. The area around Campos is popular for horse riding and has a number of stables nearby.

Finca El Idilio is an outstanding property with ample rooms, large windows and luxury interiors. All rooms have been decorated with a lot of attention to detail, giving each one its special look and feel.

The ground floor is split into a living and sleeping area. From the main hall one enters a grand drawing room, all kept in blue and green tones and with breathtaking views of the pool. Next to it there is a large living area with sofa, dining table and a fully fitted kitchen. The living area is fitted with a Sonos sound system, which can be managed over a tablet.

On the opposite side the entrance hall gives way to a corridor, leading to three bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. The bedrooms are large and each one is furnished in a different style. Each one is fitted with a desk, flat screen television, ceiling fan and has access to the terrace.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a private terrace and marvellous views of the countryside up to the sea. This bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning, a desk and flat screen television.

Climate control throughout the house through a ground cooling system, which creates very comfortable climate. The bedroom on the first floor is fitted with an air-conditioning unit. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

Finca El Idilio is surrounded by a magnificent garden with a large pool. The poolside terrace is furnished with a day bed and sun loungers. The pool house is fitted with a summer kitchen, including an upmarket gas grill, sink and fridge and has a chill-out area, which is really comfortable and nice. The house itself is half enclosed by a large, covered terrace. It is furnished with a lounge, a large dining table and a chill out area with a hammock on the side of the bedrooms. Behind the house there is enough space to park 4 cars.
