My cozy, clean and spacious apartment is in the heart of Niskayuna/upper Union Street has a large bedroom with a queen bed and quality linens, sheets/pillows, 3 cherry wood windows with light filtering shades and a closet, a living room with a desk, TV and a comfortable couch and 2 chairs. The granite kitchen/dining area is equipped with essentials, new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, high table and chairs, large bathroom with shower. Ceramic tile throughout the unit, central air, private parking, door keypad entry system, washer and dryer in the basement and front porch. It is minutes from downtown Schenectady, Proctors, Union College, SCCC, restaurants and night life, 5 minute drive to GE and about a mile to Rivers Casino and Resort, close to Central Park and the train station. Public transportation available.

Booked this place for 10 weeks. First floor 1 bdrm apt on a main street. Location was perfect and it was quite safe. Good security. Off street parking. Walking distance to everything you'll need. Well appointed and modern. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of room. The rooms are bright and airy. Brand New TV. Laundry room in basement. Good, secure Wi-Fi. Dunkin, McDonald's, NY Pizza, a Boba place, a ramen place, a wing place are all within a couple hundred feet. There's a Stewart's store/has station close by too. Owner was super friendly, easy to work with and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this rental property and owner! 5 Stars!!!

I needed a place for about a week while I helped family member in town. I needed a quiet place with WiFi as I needed to periodically work during the week with live video calls. This place worked out perfectly. The neighborhood is great with several good restaurants within a close walk. There were a few issues, but Gloria is super responsive and easy to contact and generally solved the issues quickly. I would stay here again.

This property was in a safe clean location with lots to do in walking distance. The apartment came with plenty amenities included such as kitchenware, spices, dishware etc. the manager/owner was also very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this location.
