Apartment was clean and tidy. Host was really helpful and nice. Apartment looks like on pictures.
Air conditioning working well.
It's close to the beach. Parking is provided at property.
Air conditioning was located in bedroom- it can become really hot in kitchen while cooking.

Majitel je moc ochotný, nic není problém. Parking snadný, místnosti pěkné. Opravdu cajk.
Já jsem byl spokojený, vrátíme se tam. Nicméně někomu nemusí vyhovovat, že to je k pláži cca 200 m a není výtah.

New, nicely reinfurbished interior. Clean, spacious. Air conditioning in each room. Close to the beach, parking in front of the appartment. Small supermarket also very near.
Noisy environment, noise from the street and the main road all night.
The kitchen has new utensiles, but some things were missing (only 4 forks, no equipment for coffee preparation - at least a đezva would be nice).

Very nice accommodation, I would like to point out the air-conditioning in each room, 3 bathrooms with toilets and two big balconies. There are 2 variety stores near to the house. And of course the owner was very kind. Simply, everything was perfect!!!
