Room was spacious , very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were brilliant.both before arriving, very flexible with our arrival time, and very friendly when we arrivedm breakfast was delicious!

There were great choices for breakfast and it was very tasty. The staff we encountered we lovely and friendly. The room itself was great. Spacious with a nice bathroom.
If I had to be really picky, it was a really warm day and the heating was on full, so we turned it down straight away and opened the windows. The heating was also on full for breakfast so it was very hot. I do think we are more acclimatised to the cold though as we live in a cold house, so I don’t think this would be a case for all customers. Also, and this was outside of the hotels control but the people staying in the room next to us had the tv on incredibly loud into the early hours of the morning, then again early in the morning so we didn’t sleep very well.
