Erg mooi appartement in een schitterend appartementencomplex, ruim, schoon, weelderig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien op een toplocatie. Mn de parkeergarage is fijn want parkeren in de buurt is geen optie. Heerlijk om vanuit het appartement gewoon lopend de stad in te kunnen gaan of een rondje haven te kunnen lopen of om naar het strand te gaan.
De verkeersherrie buiten op het balkon (reflecteert vanaf de tegenoverliggende flats) is vervelend maar dat is iets waar je bewust voor kiest als je op deze locatie een appartement uitzoekt.

it was big, confortable , safe , the view was open to the sun and the building has a huge natural topical garden with swimming possibility, the area of the building was next to everything expected: beach ,shopping and restaurants
only one thing out of 1000: I did not like to be blackmailed to have the flat clean 1 day before our departure to get my deposit back.
For a supposed hotel apartment,
at the reception of the flat was not even correctly clean : if only they told us before at our arrival or give us the opportunity to have a cleaner, I am sure we could find a solution but to not option it is drastic for a business in my opinion.
