Private beach - lakeside luxury! Five-bedroom newer construction house in the heart of the Adirondacks. Sleeps 10. Enjoy all that the Adirondacks have to offer in your private lakefront home with expansive private beach. Plenty of room for the entire family spread out over three floors. Modern kitchen with seating for 8 in main dining room, 3 at kitchen island, and 6-8 in screened porch. Napoleon Gas Grill for all your BBQ needs. Game room with pool, shuffleboard, old school arcade and tons of games, puzzles and video gaming system. Ping pong and foosball table available in garage. Fire pit right at waters edge and private sandy beach with canoe, 5 kayaks - 3 adult, 2 youth, and 4 paddle boards for your use. **Use at own risk- life jackets provided. Fish, swim or relax on our floating swim raft. Corn hole, can jam, badminton and a variety of lawn games provided. House has wi-fi and a full back-up generator.

The Town of Schroon Lake is a few miles away with several restaurants, live music, weekly farmers market, craft fairs, coffee shop, bakery, biking, access to amazing hiking, and a 9 hole golf course right in town. The town offers an amazing public beach with life guards on duty and newly refurbished tennis courts. The local marina offers daily - weekly rentals. We are only 25 minutes to Lake George where you can shop, boat, parasail or take a cruise. We are also just about an hour to Lake Placid which offers visits to olympic sites, a bustling town or a visit to Whiteface mountain as well as many other ADK mountains for hiking.

Our family (3 of us) spent 5 nights here in mid-June and we loved every minute of it. The property and home is so special. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The home was very clean, organized and well-equipped for both indoor and outdoor activities to accommodate any weather conditions. The private, sandy beach was a big hit for us as we made use of the assortment of kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards that were provided by the host. In the evenings we enjoyed making camp fires and watching the sunset. We had a day of rain but their was plenty to do inside as the house had a ping pong table, pool/billiard table, arcade games, and bunch of other games to take advantage of. The host family were excellent and thought of every detail to make the stay seamless. We really enjoyed our time here and will come back to stay again.

Perfect spot for relaxing on/by the lake with plenty to do inside if/when needed. Lots of great hiking trails nearby for every level of hiker.Very good restaurants within 20 minutes.Very jealous this isn't my own property.

The place was beautiful and provided a wonderful view of the lake with the mountains and fall foliage. The house offers many indoor games and activities which children of all ages can enjoy and we used the kayaks/canoe daily. One day was even warm enough and the lake very calm to try the paddle boards (in late October). The house is within 40 minutes of some great hiking hills and some nice smaller ones within 10. The only thing that would had made the vacation perfect would have been a hot tub to enjoy after a few hours of hiking.The local town is very quaint and offered a variety of restaurants. I was even pleasantly surprised by how equipped the local Tops Markets was. The location is also close to Lake George where we spent a morning shopping at the outlets.Overall, it was a great relaxing vacation. I would love to visit in the summer where we can fully utilize the lake. Thanks for sharing your home.
