The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the courtyard and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Living room with 1 double bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 16 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
