This property has an enclosed parking garage with a height limit of 6’5”(77 inches) with no overflow parking.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 13.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Our Family of 8 and a 2 year old felt right at home at this ocean front property. We love staying at Tops’L better than anywhere else in Miramar Beach. You are close to everything but the property is small enough that you are not overwhelmed with crowds. Beach Manor is our favorite place to stay in the SanDestin area. An added benefit is being able to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas where you have your own designated location. Having the onsite restaurant and bar is also helpful. This particular condo was was well suited for our large family.

We loved how close it was to the beach and the resort had everything we needed. All the staff we encountered were super friendly.

Amenities not that great with what’s offered compared what you actually get access to. Overall view from balcony was nice but beach access and where you can put your own chairs is ridiculous for how far the walk is. They can definitely do better accommodating those that like to use their own chairs and umbrellas. Loading and unloading is not the best and moving between non automated doors with the carts was a little bit of a hassle. Overall I don’t belive it is that convenient for the costs. Been to many other places for less or same with much better experience.
