This three-storey villa lofty location affords clear views of the sea and the mainland, the property has been designed to take full advantage of them from wherever you are inside the villa or out on the terrace. Light and space and glass features extensively throughout, so guests can admire the landscape night and day. The modern décor is pure and sleek as if to not detract from the splendour of the views beyond, with stone and glass offset by cosy seating inside and out which invites you to settle down and relax, whether it’s in the lounge, around the table or by the pool. Villa Aqua Majestic sprawls over three floors: ground floor, first and second floor, cascading into the environment, has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathroom and it is excellent accommodation for 10 persons. The villa has two separate living units, each with its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms, infinity swimming pool and an outdoor grill, and is ideal for family vacation of two or more groups. The upper unit is divided in two floors which are connected with inner staircases and comprises of three double ensuite bedrooms, and an additional toilet, an infinity pool with a large terrace and sea view. It also features a large, sunny living area with fully equipped modern kitchen connected to the terrace with large sliding glass doors. There is also an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities perfect for an alfresco lunch or dinner under the stars. The ground floor of the Villa, where the first residential unit is located, and is reached by outdoor stairs.
