Óscar (el propietario) es una maravilla de persona, simpatía, puntual, te hace fácil todo y hace que te sientas como en tú propia casa.
Un sitio muy tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa y muy cómodo.
Tiene todo lo que te pueda hacer falta dentro del apartamento.
La urbanización es muy tranquila, muy limpia y tiene una piscina que está muy bien para adultos o niños.
Desde luego, nosotros vamos a repetir.

Great place for a family vacation. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has everything you need for a family stay. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Plus, the apartment is in a closed area and there is a parking place. Next time definitely will chose Oscars apartment.

Oscar is a very nice and helpfull person, he offered advice and help in searching for a car rental. Also he is very thoughtfull and asked more than once through-out our stay if everything is ok. The apartment is very clean and confortable, very well equiped with everything from fridge to pots and pans.
The parking space under the building is also a big plus for keeping the car cool and out of the hot sun.
The apartment is in walking distance of a shopping center, where you can find all types of shops - carrefour supermarket, gas stations, aldi, etc.
The only thing which could be better are the walls, which are kind of thin, and you can hear the neighnours in the evening, but even so, our 2 years old didn't have issues with falling asleep because of that
