Modern beach style decorated, this 3BR penthouse located in Turquoise Building on the top floor at Blue Residences will amazed you with its spectacular view of the ocean and decoration. This is indeed your perfect family getaway.
Once you enter the penthouse, you will encounter yourself with the summerly view blend with the elegant and conservative décor living, fully equipped kitchen and private dining space. A full bathroom is located also in the top level. Go to the lower level through wood stairs. In the lower level are the three bedrooms, each one with its private bathroom. Master with a king size bed, a relaxing chair and a balcony to view the ocean from there. Second bedroom with 2 full size beds and a window to view the Bubali Bird Sanctuary, enhance this room. The other guest bedroom with 1 king size bed with the ocean view from its windows. A small TV room is in this lower level to keep your kids entertained.
Definitely, the best feature of this unit is the amazing terrace to enjoy the unobstructed view to the ocean, just relax after a long sunny day.

Attractions to love at our condominium:
• Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am

• Central A/C system with distinct zones that can be independently controlled by thermostats to keep everyone comfortable.
• Each bathroom has their own white towels and blue beach towels below the closet sink
• Hair dryer in the bathroom
• Washer and dryer at the first closet at the entrance by the condo
• Iron and iron board
• BBQ grill rental is subjected to availability with a fee
• The Condo is 2150 SQ ft. for maximum of 8 people.
• An infinity pool and tropical deck create a relaxing environment at the center of the complex with poolside lounges and umbrellas from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Two free assigned parking space with the condo number on them.
• Spa at the lobby by Blue Residences from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm reservations needed.

We had a spectacular view to watch the sunset. The rooms were the perfect size and so were the bathrooms. Not a fan of the little black bugs and some updating is needed.

We had an amazing time in Aruba! This was our second trip to Aruba and we were torn between staying at one of the resorts or staying at a VRBO. I’m so glad we found this place at the Blue residence! This condo was amazing and the property was fantastic. Close enough to all the restaurants and beaches, but away from the crowds of people at the resorts. Our family of 5 had plenty of room, the condo was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the ocean. The pools were great and the staff was very friendly. Although we ate out for all our dinners, it was great to have a kitchen for our breakfast and lunches. There is a super foods grocery about a 1 minute drive from the condo. You can walk or rent a scooter to get to Eagle Beach or all the restaurants by the resorts in Palm Beach area. I would highly recommend this condo and would stay there again!

Our stay was amazing. The accommodations were excellent, the views were beautiful. The property was beautifully maintained and very relaxing.We would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

This condo had amazing views, definitely the place to be for sunsets! The location is great, a short distance to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Easy drive to other popular spots. Good security. Nice pool (only 1 was able to be used during the stay - the other 2 were under construction). The condo itself was just ok. Loved the layout. However the unit is showing its age (which isn’t that old from what I gather) and is in need of some fresh paint, and work to hide some water damage (to the doors) or just wear and tear. Mattress in the master bed is very uncomfortable. Really did not enjoy the little black bugs everywhere. They are “harmless” but still not cool to find in your luggage, bed, and bath towels. Overall I’d recommend the property but maybe not this exact unit.
