Open floor plan, beautifully furnished, everything you need for a relaxing vacation and more!1.7 miles to Fisherman's village, minutes to Ponce park for sunsets! Very large lanai with room for all activities or just for relaxing by the pool watching the sunset. "West wing" closes off to the main house with a custom barn door, providing your guests/family with extra privacy.

We spent 4 weeks at this wonderful home. The home was everything and more that we expected and the host was fantastic. The home was exceptionally clean, well furnished and equipped. We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this home.

A unique situation forced us to visit Punta Gorda two weeks before we had planned. We had to scramble within days to find both accommodations with a flexible arrival and departure time. This house, which is lovely and fully stocked with all necessities and the host matched what we needed perfectly. The house is large and has an open floor plan and a large lanai with a pool. Sitting right on the canal, drinking coffee will never be the same. The house is less than 10 minutes to central Punta Gorda, Publix, gas, and so forth. Again, we appreciated the hosts flexibility due to our schedule.

This home worked perfect for our family, we came down to do some house hunting and to experience the life of living on the canal
The home is well furnished. Sharon is a great host, easy to talk with and has thought of everything we could have needed, the bikes, the beach items, the comfort on the lanai with the ability to grill. We loved the fish light in the canal at night, great place to staty!
