Our apartment is located on the outskirts of Immenstaad in the Kippenhausen district, which has received several tourist awards. The apartment is very quiet in the immediate vicinity of the orchards and vineyards. From the nearby Hohberg you have a unique view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps. All excursion destinations are easily accessible from Immenstaad by bus, car or boat. The closest train station is Friedrichshafen. The ships of the Lake Constance fleet sail regularly from Immenstaad to the island of Mainau, to Constance, Friedrichshafen, Lindau and Bregenz. Cyclists and hikers will find a good cycling and hiking network from Kippenhausen for ideal tours on the lakeshore and in the idyllic hinterland. In the immediate vicinity of our house there is a stop for the Immenstaader local bus, which will take you to the town center, the supermarket and the shops in a few minutes free of charge. In a few minutes you can walk to the good middle-class inn "Montfort" or a broom.
Our modern apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is at ground level and has a terrace and a beautiful lawn with garden furniture.
